Moore County News is keeping an eye on the weather this afternoon as our area is at an elevated risk of severe weather.

Showers and storms are possible throughout the day, however between the hours of 4 p.m. and midnight, we could possibly see cells that produce damaging wind, hail, isolated tornadoes and heavy rain.

We will have updates on our Facebook page during all active severe weather, so make sure you are following us on Facebook.
