Two people are displaced after a Tuesday evening fire gutted the home they lived in.

Firefighters from multiple agencies across Moore County arrived to a fully engulfed mobile home on Forest Lake Lane off Pine Hill Road in the Eastwood community.

Crews were able to attack the flames quickly, and were able to knock the fire down within minutes.

No one was injured in the blaze, all occupants including pets were able to evacuate.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Responding units from Eastwood Fire, Southern Pines Fire, Pinehurst Fire, West End Fire, Moore County Sheriff’s, Moore County EMS, and Moore County Fire Marshall assisted in extinguishing the flames.

The Red Cross was called to assist the residents.
